Welcome to salka.digital. By using this website and engaging my Google Ads consultancy services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

I provide independent Google Ads management, strategy, and consulting. Services are described on the website and in any proposal or agreement we sign. Scope, deliverables, and fees will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Fees are as set out in our agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated (e.g. net 14 or net 30). Late payment may result in suspension of Services and interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

Refund terms are set out in the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

I retain ownership of my methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. You receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for you for your business purposes. Ad copy, creatives, and account-specific work produced for you are yours to use in the context of the campaigns we manage.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential the other’s non-public business information. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed without use of the other’s confidential information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in our agreement. On termination, you pay for work performed and any non-cancellable commitments incurred on your behalf.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
