Refund Policy

I aim for clear, fair terms when we work together. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply to fees paid for Google Ads consultancy services at salka.digital.
1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid for consulting, strategy, audit, and management services as agreed in our proposal or contract. Google Ads spend (the money you pay to Google for clicks) is separate and is governed by Google’s billing and refund rules, not by this policy.
2. Retainers and Recurring Fees
For ongoing retainers or monthly management:
- Before work starts — If you cancel before any substantive work has been performed in a given period, I will refund any advance payment for that period, minus any non-refundable setup or commitment already incurred.
- After work has started — Fees for work already performed or for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. If you wish to stop services, we can agree on a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of a pre-paid period, where applicable.
3. One-Off Projects (Audits, Strategy, Setup)
For fixed-fee projects (e.g. audit, strategy document, account setup):
- If you cancel before I have delivered the agreed deliverables, I may refund a portion of the fee depending on how much work has been completed. We will agree this in writing (e.g. email) at the time of cancellation.
- Once deliverables have been sent and accepted (or the acceptance period has passed without a written issue), the fee for that project is non-refundable.
4. Dissatisfaction with Results
Paid search results depend on many factors (budget, competition, landing pages, seasonality, etc.). I do not guarantee specific ROAS, CPA, or conversion numbers unless we have a separate, written guarantee. If you are unhappy with the service (e.g. communication, quality of work), contact me at contact@salka.digital and I will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to contact@salka.digital with “Refund request” in the subject line, your name, the project or invoice reference, and the reason for the request. I will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 5–10 business days) and, where a refund is agreed, process it using the original payment method or by mutual agreement.
6. Exclusions
No refunds are given for:
- Google Ads spend (payments to Google).
- Third-party tools or software you choose to use.
- Fees for work already completed and delivered as agreed.
7. Changes
I may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when I do. For existing engagements, the version in effect at the time we agreed the engagement applies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
